HARRIERS are pleased to confirm the signing of former Crewe Alexandra midfielder Regan Griffiths.
The 23-year-old is a product of the Crewe youth system and, having risen through the ranks there, he went on to make in excess of 50 first team appearances in the EFL and cups.
Regan’s other experiences include loan spells in non-league with Notts County and, earlier this season, Boreham Wood in the National League.
Harriers boss Phil Brown said: “He’s a good, technically gifted player in central midfield.
“He can pass the ball and has a range of passing that we don’t have in midfield, and he’s a tenacious aggressor, shall we say.
“I’ve see him play a couple of times but the biggest one was the recommendation from John Coleman, who I like as a person and a Manager, and I know what type of player he likes. He likes a tough cookie and somebody that can handle the physical side of the game as well as the technical side.
“To get them at this level, they’re few and far between, they’re very rare. So I am delighted to have Regan and I am looking forward to working with him.”
Regan takes his place in the Harriers squad ahead of Tuesday night’s trip to Solihull Moors.
