WEST Midlands Safari Park’s Santa Safari returns for another year of festive fun, offering a magical day out for the whole family.

From 22nd November, through until 24th December 2025, guests can enjoy a four-mile winter Safari combined with an unforgettable visit to Santa in his beautifully decorated Grotto.

The experience begins at the Discovery Trail, where one of Santa’s cheerful Elves welcomes you before guiding you through a North Pole adventure filled with twinkling lights, festive characters and a touch of Christmas magic.

A highlight of the experience is the Enchanted Elevator – back for its second year. The immersive 360 degree journey transports guests through snowy skies and sparkling scenes, before arriving at Santa’s cosy log cabin.

Inside Santa’s Grotto, families can enjoy a heart-warming meeting with Santa by the glowing fireplace, capture a special photo, and soak in the festive atmosphere. After, you can continue to the Elves’ Workshop, where children can collect their photo and choose their own present from a wide selection of gifts.

There’s also plenty more going on throughout Santa Safari:

• New for 2025: Storytime with Mrs Claus – Children can settle down in Mrs Claus’ cosy cabin for a magical storytelling session filled with festive cheer, twinkling lights and classic Christmas tales.
• Christmas Panto: Aladdin – For the first time, a traditional Christmas pantomime will be performed at the Safari Park. Aladdin will take place in Treetops Pavilion from 20-23 December, with performances at 1pm and 4pm. Panto tickets can be added to Santa Safari bookings for just £8 per person (under 1s go free).
• Additional festive activities – Festive Treats, Mrs Claus’ Crafts, Make Your Own Reindeer Food, Snow-covered Winter Wonderland, Safari Drive, Safari Walk, Daily Animal Talks, Explorers’ Play Park, VR Sleigh Ride

Relaxed Santa Safari Sessions

Relaxed Sessions are available for visitors who prefer a calmer environment, and are due to take place on Wednesday 26th November (10am-12pm) and Saturday 29th November (9am-10pm).

The Relaxed Sessions feature static lighting, reduced background music, an optional elevator experience, and a quieter overall experience, providing a safe and sensory-friendly way to enjoy the magic of Santa Safari.
