BRUCE Minaker has signed a first professional contract with Harriers, we’re delighted to say.
The 18-year-old is a lifelong Reds fan who has walked the length of the club’s pathway from the Foundation Minikickers all the way through to the first team.
In between, he spent years working his way through the junior ranks and was an influential figure in this season’s U18s FA Youth Cup run.
His professionalism and work-rate have made a huge impression on all at the club over the years – not least on Adam Murray, who has rewarded the striker for his efforts with a first pro deal.
Minaker has been a regular in the Harriers squad since the turn of the year, and all connected with the club are thrilled to see him take this next, huge step in his footballing journey.
Bruce shared his thoughts on signing a deal at Aggborough in a new interview you can watch by tapping play, or read now.
He recently sat down for an extended sit-down interview to reflect on his journey from Harriers youngster to first team player.
We invite all Harriers fans to watch and enjoy both – and join us in congratulating Bruce for his wonderful achievement!
The Harriers Academy offers an extensive, inclusive pathway for all aspiring young footballers – find out more.
