Bishop pens new deal

New terms for shot-stopper

Josh Bishop

FRESH from a promotion with Malvern Town last season, Josh Bishop has signed a new deal with Harriers.

The Academy graduate took a huge step in his senior career by playing more than 40 games out on loan last term – the vast majority with the Hillsiders.

His form helped them into the play-offs and, in front of over 2,000 fans in the final, he again played a huge part in a dramatic 3-2 victory over Shaftsbury to secure promotion to Step 3.

That momentous season saw him continue to train on a daily basis with the Reds squad to further continue his development – his new deal, subject to confirmation, keeps him at Aggborough for the new season.
