Harriers added to their defensive number with the signing of Mansfield Town man George Cooper on loan.

George joined on an initial one-month loan from the League 1 Stags, the 21-year-old central defender having turned pro with Mansfield in 2021.

He has plenty of National League North experience having spent two seasons on loan with Kettering Town. He featured on more than 60 occasions for the Poppies across those spells, and added to that with several first team appearances at Mansfield in 2023-24.
