Matt Gardiner

Matt joined the club as Head of Coaching in the summer of 2016.

The vastly experienced former player and current coach joined after a four-year stint as part of the management team at Worcester City. As a player, he also represented City alongside the likes of Torquay United and Shrewsbury Town.

In his coaching role he has earned the respect of his peers and has an enviable reputation for spotting and developing talent in the non-league scene.
