Hall’s Three Lions delight

Goalkeeper reacts to a busy week…

Brandon Hall

GOALKEEPER Brandon Hall has admitted his pride at being selected for England C duty ahead of next month’s ICT final in Slovakia.

Shot-stopper Hall joins skipper Ryan Croasdale in the Three Lions line-up.

While it is not his first foray into international duty, the former Woking custodian was understandably delighted at the news.

“I’m really pleased,” he commented.

“I’ve played four times before leading up to this final.

“It’s in Slovakia so it will be a really good test – we lost to them a season or two ago.

“But it’s a great opportunity, whether I play or not, to be part of an England national side.”

There was a note of praise of Harriers goalkeeping coach Kevin Phillips.

Phillips works daily alongside Hall and the squad’s other goalkeepers, and the player himself noted his input was a big contribution to his game.

“Kev’s fantastic and has been a great coach this season,” he added.

“We have worked on areas where I can improve and have upped my game in comparison to the last two seasons.”

Brandon Hall was talking to our official YouTube channel about the England call-up, and his recent graduation in business management.
