Harriers Ladies progressed to the Quarter Final of the League Cup with a 5-0 victory.
The Ladies reached the Semi-Final of the competition last season, and faced an away tie against Solihull Sporting in the First Round on Sunday.
Harriers started slowly, but found their feet and the back of the net after 21 minutes.
Sophie Richards took the ball past her marker and cut into the box, before driving it past the keeper from a tight angle.
The second took another four minutes to arrive as Alex Nicklin closed the Sporting defender down on the byline and, similarly to the opener, squeezed the ball in from a tight angle.
With Harriers controlling possession, Solihull tried to find a way back into the game via counter attacks, but the Harriers defence stood firm.
The third goal eventually arrived for Harriers after a through ball from Nicklin to Amber Lawrence was controlled – the latter taking the ball past two defenders and finishing neatly into the corner.
That was how the first half would finish, but the second half brought more chances for Harriers – the fourth goal came courtesy of a Kirsty Roberts corner which Kirstie Bavington touches home.
The fifth came came through a ball being played across the goalmouth finding Beth Dutton in the six yard box, who finished smartly to score her first Harriers goal.
Harriers will face Coventry City Ladies in the Quarter Final.
