HARRIERS have scored a winning sponsorship from Miller Homes Midlands.

The housebuilder, which recently launched its 91-home neighbourhood, Weavers Chase, has donated £1,300 to the Harriers to be used by the club as it entered its 2019/2020 season.

To celebrate the sponsorship, two members of the team, Harry Higginson and Correy Davidson, visited the Weavers Chase development, following a successful opening weekend where nine full reservations were made.

Commenting on the sponsorship, Alastair Parsons, area sales director for Miller Homes Midlands, said:

“We are always eager to show our support for the local community, so I speak for the whole Miller Homes team when I say we are delighted with this partnership. Kidderminster Harriers are a very popular football club and we’re thrilled to be involved for the 2019/2020 season, and wish them the very best for the season.

“Our main focus at Miller Homes is to build strong communities, and that means going above and beyond just constructing homes to ensure there are a variety of thriving sports clubs and amenities in the local area around our developments for our homeowners to enjoy.”

Harry, the club’s defender, added: “The team would like to thank Miller Homes for their help. The donation is a great investment in our club, and it is really important for us to be working with projects and developments that bring so much to the local area.”

With a selection of modern three to five-bedroom properties available from £219,500, Weavers Chase is suited for a range of househunters, from those first-time buyers to those looking to start a family.

During its opening weekend, seven online reservations were made in the first 20 minutes of the homes going on sale on the website, alongside 15 early bird and nine full reservations made during the showhome launch.

This year, Miller Homes also proved its commitment to customer satisfaction after it was awarded a five star rating in the Home Builders Federation (HBF) National New Home Customer Satisfaction survey for another year.
