An emphatic victory for the Ladies!…

Harriers Ladies had a super time in front of goal on Sunday, finding the net on 21 occasions against Sedgley & Gornal United.

As Harriers look to close the gap on leaders Stourbridge, The Ladies helped to narrow the goal difference margin with an impressive display.

Leading goalscorer Danni Selmes found the net on eleven occasions on Sunday afternoon, taking her personal tally to 32 league goals for the season in the West Midland Regional Women’s Football League – Div One South, these arriving in the space of seven games!

Also on the scoresheet at Lea Castle were Molly Maguire, Sophie Richards and Bailey-Raine Hodge, who all found the net twice.

Hannah Ashman, Chanelle Mason and Kirsty Roberts – as well as an own goal – rounded off an emphatic scoreline.

Next up for the Ladies is a County Cup Semi-Final match at Lea Castle on Sunday 19th January against Wyre Forest Phoenix, a 2pm kick off.
