Keith Lowe has hailed the “massive” support of Harriers fans with the trek to league leaders King’s Lynn Town looming this Saturday.
The Reds make the journey to Norfolk in National League North in desperate need of points in their bid to put breathing space between them and the bottom two in the table.
The Linnets, meanwhile, are surging towards their second successive promotion and will take some stopping on their own patch.
That will not stop a hardy band of supporters from following the men from Aggborough at the weekend, however, with around 80 journeying to Boston last time out.
That’s support the experienced and influential defender doesn’t take or granted.
“They’re massive for us,” he said. “I personally like to make sure that everybody comes over and really show their appreciation to people who come and watch, home and away.
“I hope they can see we are working hard and are working together…” Keith Lowe
“It’s their money their paying – I hope they can see we are working hard and are working together to try and win points and take this football club forward and will continue to do so.”
Lowe returned for a third spell at Aggborough earlier this month and admits there is plenty of drive and determination in the dressing room.
“We’ve got great players; we’ve got honest players who do work hard,” he commented.
“As long as we keep working hard and don’t give up – which we won’t – hopefully we’ll be okay.”
