Cheltenham (H): Supporter information

Important information if you’re heading to Aggborough for our fixture on Tuesday night….

HARRIERS welcome Cheltenham Town to Aggborough on Tuesday night – supporters are again reminded that all tickets must be purchased online in advance.

There will be no facility to pay cash at the turnstile at Aggborough from the forthcoming season, so tickets must be purchased via our online system.

Ticket are on sale now for all pre-season and League matches. The deadline for purchasing a ticket for the Cheltenham friendly is at 5pm. This includes Season Ticket holders who are entitled to redeem a free ticket for the match, this must be done prior to 5pm on Tuesday. For assistance, please call 01562 823931.

Supporters will be aware that our home friendlies this week take place after the lifting of the Government’s lifting of final COVID-19 restrictions in England.

To ensure our first matches back with fans run smoothly and safely, however, we would ask that all those attending:

– To arrive at the ground in good time before the match to help avoid any queues or delays.
– Be mindful that some attendees may still be more comfortable wearing a face covering.
– Scan into the Stadium using the NHS COVID-19 Test & Trace App wherever possible.
– Use hand sanitiser which will be available at points around the ground.

For the avoidance of doubt, we would ask any supporter suffering COVID-19 symptoms to stay away from the Stadium and isolate in line with Government regulations.

There is presently only a small amount of car parking available to supporters on a match day. This is on the South Stand on a first come, first served basis at £5 per car. The car park opens at 5pm on Tuesday.  Parking Season Ticket holders from 2020/21 have had those rolled over to this season and can park on a designated section of the Stadium Close car park once the League campaign gets underway. Please note parking Season Tickets will not be able to be used for pre-season.

This season is also the first in which the club has operated via the cashless online ticketing system. While this has streamlined various processes for both the club and our fans immeasurably, we’d still ask those attending games to be patient where necessary as staff operate a match day with the system for the first time.

As a further reminder, please be reminded that kick-off against Cheltenham is at 7pm.

We look forward to welcoming back our loyal fans to Aggborough and enjoying your incredible support. It has been a long time!
