A defensive arrival at Aggborough before Saturday’s game…

BOSS Russ Penn has landed another experienced defender for his squad by signing Matt Preston on loan.
The 26-year-old has penned a two-month stay at Aggborough from National League side Solihull Moors and is available to the gaffer for Saturday’s clash with York City.
Preston has plenty of experience, playing EFL football with Walsall, Swindon and Mansfield Town between 2014 and 2020.
He moved then to Barnet before joining the Moors.
Russ Penn said: “It’s a fantastic signing for the football club.
“He’s got a lot of drive and passion, so hopefully we can get all of that from him in the next couple of months.
“We are a tight-knit squad and I’ve always said I’ll only add quality – and he is quality.
“We’re looking forward to working with him – he’s a good lad and he’ll add a lot to us.”
Matt Preston will wear the number 28 shirt at Aggborough Stadium. Welcome to the club, Matt!
