Harriers to face Liverpool XI

HARRIERS are delighted to confirm that Premier League and European giants Liverpool will send an XI Aggborough for a pre-season friendly contest.

The six-time European Cup winners have been one of English football’s powerhouses for decades, boasting a prestigious and productive Academy that has developed some of the world’s finest talents.

Among them, of course, is Rhys Williams who spent a season on loan at the start of his career before going on to feature in the Premier League and Europe for the Anfield outfit.

A young XI from the Reds’ current Academy crop will make the journey to Aggborough for a Friday night friendly on 22nd July, kick-off 7pm.

Tickets for this marquee floodlit occasion will be in high demand, and go on sale from our ticketing platform to both Harriers and Liverpool fans from 2pm on Tuesday.

Prices will be £15 adults, £10 Concessions (O65s, Students, Young Adults) and £5 U16s in all areas.

Any Harriers Season Ticket holder who made their Season Ticket purchase before midnight on the 4th July will be able to secure the same seat, so long as their Liverpool match ticket is bought before 4pm Monday (11th) – after this point, all other reserved seats will be released for sale.

Harriers Academy will also be part of an XI for Harriers travelling to Sporting Khalsa on Thursday, 28th July at 7:45pm.
