HARRIERS head for matchday seven on Saturday with the visit of Spennymoor Town to Aggborough.
The Moors make the long trip to Worcestershire following an unbeaten first six in National North. Wins against Leamington and Bradford (Park Avenue) go alongside draws with the likes of Darlington, Alfteton Town, AFC Telford United and Hereford on the opening day.
Harriers manager Russ Penn is wary of the strength of the Moors attack, and is expecting a solid test for his men.
Speaking on our YouTube channel, he said: “I actually think that they’ve got the best front four in the league.
“Like ourselves, they probably haven’t hit the goals that they wanted at the start of the season but Glen Taylor, [Rob] Ramshaw, [Jude] Oyibo and [Jordan] Thewlis have all been around this level a long time and know how to score goals.
“I think they’ll come and have a right go on Saturday, and I think it will be a really good game.
“Two good teams going at it on a good surface, I’m looking forward to it”.
Penn says Harriers may be without Tom Owen-Evans for the fixture who remains a doubt.
Owen-Evans has missed the previous three matches with an abductor injury.
Kick-off at Aggborough is at 3:00pm.
