HARRIERS have boosted their forward line with the signing of Gold Omotayo from AFC Fylde.

The powerhouse striker will be familiar to Harriers fans after an impressive two-year stay with King’s Lynn Town where his goals ensured he dominated the scoring charts.

Last season he bagged 25 goals, including 22 in the National League as Lynn’s progress in the play-offs was ultimately halted by Harriers – Omotayo named in the league’s Team of the Season nonetheless.

The former Yeovil and Wrexham man was then snapped up by The Coasters in the summer and has scored three times so far this term.

He’s now made the switch to Aggborough on a deal until the end of the 2024-25 season for an undisclosed fee, and is eligible to feature in Saturday’s Isuzu FA Trophy clash against Stourbridge at Aggborough.

Welcome to Aggborough, Gold!

Reaction from Russ Penn and Gold Omotayo will be on our social media and YouTube platforms later.
