SATURDAY’S FA Trophy tie with Morecambe has been postponed and rescheduled for Tuesday night, 13th January.
A match official made the decision following a pitch inspection at Aggborough Stadium on Friday afternoon.
Thursday’s significant rain, snowfall and ice have left the surface waterlogged and, combined with a further drop in temperatures overnight into Saturday, there is no prospect of the pitch being playable come Saturday afternoon, with the immediate surrounds of Aggborough also likely to be a risk to supporters given the frost.
The game will now take place on Tuesday night, 7:45pm and all match tickets purchased for Saturday remain valid.
