THE end of the 25-26 season marks the end of an era for a small group of long-serving players.
Christian Dibbke, Joe Foulkes, Tom Palmer, Alex Penny and Amari Morgan-Smith are all leaving DY10 after incredible spells here.
Christian Dibble
Dibbs joined Harriers at the end of the 2022-23 season, just in time to play a pivotal part in an incredible run that saw us win promotion to the National League.
The shot-stopper went on to rack up 163 appearances between the sticks here, ending his time with a second promotion in for seasons. In that time, he also amassed 58 clean sheets, earning himself a place in the National League North team of 2025-26.
Joe Foulkes
With close to 150 appearances to his name as Harrier, Joe’s time here began back in 2021.
He joined as a teen from EFL outfit Walsall and went on two spend two full seasons at Aggborough on loan, including the 2022-23 promotion season.
Emerging as a forward-thinking full-back, Joe took his incredible experiences back to Walsall and played a large part in their 2023-24 League 2 season.
That summer, he returned to Kidderminster on a two-year contract and was a constant presence in our 2025 title push and a second Harriers promotion in 2026 – the latter seeing him voted Supporters’ Player of the Season.
Tom Palmer
Palmer moves on from Aggborough having most recently held the role of goalkeeping coach to the first team – but that only tells part of the story of a decade-long stay for the shot-stopper who came through the club’s Academy to sign professional terms in 2017.
As well as being a highly-respected coaching figure throughout the club’s ranks since then, Palmer has made over 50 first team appearances of his own, including more than 30 in our 2022-23 promotion season
Alex Penny
Penny joined Harriers in early 2020 before the COVID pandemic and, in the six-and-a-half years since, has made over 140 appearances in red.
Penny played a part in the some of the club’s iconic moments during that time, including the 2023 promotion and the epic FA Cup run the season prior – including scoring our final goal of that run against West Ham.
Injuries may have limited Penny’s appearances in the last two seasons but he’ll forever be remembered as a key part of one the club’s most memorable periods.
Amari Morgan-Smith
A modern-day Harriers legend, ‘Morgs’ passed the incredible 300-appearance mark for Harriers – his first spell here coming on loan more than 13 years ago.
He signed permanently the following season and played a part in the FA Cup run that saw the Reds face Newport, Peterborough and Sunderland – foreshadowing the iconic scenes he’d enjoy a decade later, scoring the winner against Reading to book Harriers’ date against West Ham.
Amari has worn the armband here for the last few seasons and did so with pride and determination – we thank him for his unrivalled service to the club and wish him nothing but success for the future.
