Tickets: Promotion Final update

HARRIERS are pleased and excited to confirm arrangements for the sale of tickets to fans for Saturday’s Promotion Final at South Shields.

Due to the tight turnaround of the fixture following the semi-finals and the fantastic interest in the game, we have worked quickly with South Shields and our ticketing providers to achieve the following sale process.

In the first instance, tickets will be available to Harriers Season Ticket holders only in a dedicated priority window. In the event any Harriers tickets remain unsold at the end of the ballot process, the club will issue a further update.

Given the number of tickets available to us and the number of Season Ticket holders we have, an application process is now open to supporters wishing to attend the game. They should:

• Login to their ticketing account to which their Season Ticket(s) are registered,
• Access the Application which will appear as a generic fixture plan on screen. This will be visible only to Season Ticket holder accounts after logging in
• Select the number of tickets they would like for the Promotion Final and the breakdown of adult, concession and junior tickets. While there is no limit on the number of tickets you can request, each ticket must be for a Season Ticket holders. If you are applying on behalf of multiple season ticket holders, you will need the account number linked to each Season Ticket. It starts HAR followed by 7 digits. You will be asked to enter an account number for any additional places not covered by your own season ticket(s). No payment is made at this time, and this process does not guarantee you a ticket.
• In the event your application is successful, you will be eligible for all tickets within your application – i.e. if you apply for four valid tickets each with a Season Ticket reference, you will be able to claim four match tickets.
• Our total allocation of around 1,100 includes only a very small number of seats. As such, the ballot process cannot guarantee seated tickets and applications should only be completed on the understanding that a terrace ticket is acceptable.
• At 4pm on Wednesday, 6th May, the ticket ballot will close, and all successful applicants will be notified by an e-mail from Harriers.
• Shortly after, all those successful will be e-mailed by South Shields’ ticketing platform TicketCo with a link to a live basket containing your requested order of match tickets to purchase. This is a one-time link that cannot be forwarded or shared, and a transaction must be completed in one session. Only after this stage will you be sent a match ticket via email.

We’d also like supporters to be aware of the following information:

• To facilitate the ballot and ticketing process in full, personal details relevant to your application (e.g: Name, e-mail address) will need to be shared by KHFC and or its ticketing platform to South Shields and/or their ticketing platform. Any such data will be destroyed by South Shields and/or their ticketing platform five days after the event. A completed ballot application signifies acceptance to this process.
• South Shields ticketing policy is that all those under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Concessions are O65, ⁠⁠blue light card holders (valid ID); registered disabled, students (valid ID), veterans cards. Under 6 years old supporters (who have a valid season ticket account) are entitled to a complimentary ticket but must of course be in a group with a full paying adult (who is also a season ticket holder) so still need to add the applicable ticket type on the application page.
• Those Harriers Season Ticket holders eligible for a carer’s ticket on their Season Ticket account will be eligible for a carer’s ticket at South Shields.
• Fans requiring wheelchair spaces are asked to contact South Shields direct.
• Harriers Away travel will be available to successful ticket applicants only – this will be available within the coming days at the significantly subsidised travel price of £30.
